When a new business applies for a business license, they are given the option to fill out a one-page survey that will cause their new business name to be listed on the County's Economic Development home page at www.yorkcounty.gov/econdev . This free publicity is helpful for any new business and it allows citizens to see what new businesses have recently opened. Business names will remain on the website for two months.
