The Magistrate's Office for York County-Poquoson-Williamsburg-James City County residents is located at the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail, 9320 Merrimac Trail, Williamsburg, Virginia.  Telephone number:  (757) 820-3905.  The Magistrate's Office is staffed 24-hours-day, 365 days a year.  Those persons who need to speak with a Magistrate or are seeking criminal warrants may do so at this office.  If you want to bond someone from jail, please call the Jail Intake Office at (757) 820-3906 for bonding information prior to contacting the Magistrate.  For civil warrants, contact the General District Court Clerk's Office at the York-Poquoson Courthouse, Monday through Friday.
