Please wait until the Judge calls your name. When you hear your name, stand and walk towards the bench where the Judge is sitting. You may use the ledge to rest papers on, but do not lean on it.

Always address the Judge by "Your Honor" or "Judge".

Be ready to defend your side of the story or give a valid reason why you are not ready and need more time to collect information.
