Yorktown Market Days returns to Riverwalk Landing in historic Yorktown for the fourth season. Located on the Yorktown waterfront between Buckner and Ballard Streets, the Market is free and features fresh produce, meat and seafood; baked goods, gourmet herbs, cut flowers, potted plants, cheese, handmade soaps and candles, live musical entertainment and quality art. The market hosts more than 35 local farmers and vendors throughout the season with a variety of homegrown favorites.

New this year, Yorktown Market Days will highlight local chefs with cooking demonstrations throughout the season. The Market 2010 Chef series kicked off on opening day with cooking demonstrations by Chef Cynthia Schuette of Riverwalk Restaurant. The next Chef demonstration is scheduled for June 26 by Vintner's Cellar.  Special thanks to the Chef's demonstration sponsors C&F Bank and Farm Bureau Insurance.
