Division of Housing and
Neighborhood Revitalization
USDA - Rural Development
Grants
Staff of the
Division of Housing and Neighborhood Revitalization work
to link eligible households with grant funding available through the USDA Rural
Development office. Grant funds are available to make household repairs,
so that houses are safe and free of health hazards, and to make homes accessible for people with
disabilities. Grants are available to elderly applicants; age 62 years and
older, and to very low-income households residing in the defined, rural area of
the County.
This area is generally defined as north of Denbigh Boulevard and West of Route
17.
