ARTICLE VII. SIGNS
Sec. 24.1-703. Permitted signs.
(a) The following table indicates the functional class, structural class, area, height, and
type of illumination of signs permitted within each of the zoning districts prescribed by
this chapter. All such signs shall be in accordance with the general provisions
established in section 24-702.

b)
The provisions of Section 24.1-702(a) notwithstanding, when a monument
sign is designed with two identical faces arranged back-to-back or in
a “V” with an interior angle of 45-degrees or less, only one sign face
shall be counted toward the maximum area requirement.
