DIVISION 2. RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS
Sec. 24.1-323. R20-Medium density single-family
residential district.
(a) Statement of intent. The intent of
the R20 district is to provide opportunities for medium density single-family residential
development. Its intended application is for areas designated medium density by the
comprehensive plan where public utilities are available.
(b) Dimensional standards. Each lot created or used shall be subject to
the following dimensional standards:
