Home occupations, as defined in
section 24.1-104, shall be permitted in conjunction with any residential use if in
conformance with the following provisions. Should the zoning administrator determine that
a specific use or activity proposed for operation as a home occupation is not materially
similar to those uses and activities listed herein, the matter shall be resolved in
accordance with the procedures outlined in section 24.1-302 of this chapter.
