Sec. 24.1-232. Additional setbacks
for structures in excess of fifty feet (50') [15m].
(a) Buildings in excess of fifty
feet (50') [15m] shall have accessible fire lanes surrounding the entire building which
are determined, by the fire chief, to be appropriate for effective fire containment and
control in the building.
(b) Any two (2) buildings in
excess of fifty feet (50') [15m] in height shall be separated from each other by no less
than forty feet (40') [12m].
