DIVISION 1. GENERALLY
Sec. 22-37. Shutting off
water for repairs, connections, etc.
The county reserves the right to at
any time shut off the water in the main distribution lines and services of any water
supply system for the purpose of repairing or making connections or extensions or for any
other purpose that may be deemed necessary. If practicable, due notice will be given. No
claim shall be made against the county for any damages caused by any such disruption in
the water supply. |
