II. OPERATING PROCEDURES
DIVISION 1. GENERALLY
Sec. 22-23.
Damage to facilities.
(a) No person shall maliciously, willfully, or negligently
break, damage, remove, destroy, uncover, deface, or tamper with any structure, apparatus,
or equipment which is part of the facilities of the county or other water system.
(b) No person shall damage or deface any property of the facilities of
the county or other water system, cut any trees, or dump any refuse or rubbish upon any
part of the property used in connection with the facilities of the county or other water
system.
(c) In the event of damage to the facilities of the county or other
water system, it shall be the responsibility of the person causing such damage to notify
immediately the county administrator and the owner of the system if other than the county.
The necessary repairs or replacement shall be made by the owner of the system or under the
supervision of the owner at the expense of the person causing such damage. |
