ARTICLE II. PROCEDURE

Sec. 20.5-32. Vacation of plats.

Any recorded plat, or part thereof, may be vacated pursuant to the provisions of sections 15.2-2270 to 15.2-2278, Code of Virginia, both sections inclusive, as applicable.
