(a) This chapter shall be effective on December 1, 1991, at
which time, Appendix B, Subdivision Ordinance, York County Code, and all amendments
thereto shall be repealed.
(b) The adoption of this chapter shall not abate any pending
action, liability or penalty of any person accruing or about to accrue, nor waive any
right of the county, under any provision in effect prior to the effective date of this
chapter, unless expressly provided for in this chapter.
(c) Any subdivision for which a plat has received written
approval prior to the effective date of this chapter and for which a final plat is
recorded within one (1) year of the date of such approval, may be developed in accordance
with the subdivision ordinance in effect on the date of such approval.
