(a) For the purposes of this conference, the subdivider is
encouraged to prepare and submit a sketch plan of the proposed subdivision for informal
review and comment by the agent and such other agencies or departments as the agent may
deem advisable.
(b) The sketch plan may be a pencil sketch on a 1"=100'
scale topographic map of the property and should show the general location, arrangement,
and dimensions of lots, streets, and other proposed improvements. The location, if any, of
Chesapeake Bay preservation areas should be noted on the sketch.
(c) A preliminary
draft of the Natural Resources Inventory, as defined in Chapter
23.2, that shows the location, if any, of Chesapeake Bay
Preservation and wet-lands areas should accompany the sketch.
(d) Sketch plans submitted for this conference and reviewed by the
agent shall be nonbinding on both the subdivider and the county.
(e) There shall be no fee for the review of a sketch plan and the
agent, if so requested by the subdivider, shall provide written
comments to the subdivider within thirty (30) days of the submission
of a sketch plan.
