COLLECTION SERVICE
Sec. 19-74.
Rates.
(a) When title to premises is
conveyed from one owner to another, the service charges for the billing period in which
the premises is conveyed shall not be prorated by the county except as provided below and
shall become the obligation of the owner of the property on the first day of the period
for which service was billed.
(b) Service may be added or
canceled at any time, but no proration in fees for less than one (1) month will be made
for either added or canceled service.
