COLLECTION SERVICE
Sec. 19-73.
Fees and charges.
(a) Households and qualified small businesses who have elected to
receive services from the county shall pay in arrears to the county bi-monthly fees and
charges for such services in the following amounts:

(b) The above rates shall be effective November 1, 2006.
(c)
All fees and charges for collection service shall be the responsibility of
the owner of the premises served. If someone other than the owner occupies
the premises, and such person is a recipient of the service and is
responsible for the payment of such charges through agreement with the owner
and the county, the county will bill such person with the consent and at the
written direction of the owner. How-ever, the owner of the premises served
shall be responsible for billings of services even if the owner is not the
recipient of the service.
