Sec. 19-65.
Storage of solid waste.
The responsibility for storage
of solid waste prior to collection shall be with the occupant of each premises from which
it is to be collected. The occupant shall maintain waste storage areas, containers, and
the areas surrounding them in a clean, neat and sanitary condition at all times.
It shall be the occupant’s responsibility to remove any material outside of
containers. If trash spillage occurs prior to collection by the County or
its Contractor, the occupant shall be responsible for cleanup.
