Sec. 19-54.
Report to be based on actual volume or weight.
The report required under this
article shall be based on actual volume or weight. Where actual volume or weight cannot be
accurately determined, the volume or weight may be reported using carefully estimated
data. Any such report shall include a description of the basis for the reported data. |
