ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL
Sec. 18.1-9. Discontinuance of service for violation of rules or
regulations.
Sewer service may be discontinued
for any violation of any provision of this chapter or of any rule or regulation
promulgated pursuant to this chapter. The procedure outlined for disconnection of water
supplies in section 18.1-82(b) of this chapter shall be followed. |
