Sec.
18.1-75. Responsibility of owner for charges.
Where any premises, whether
supplied by single or multiple service, is rented to one (1) or more tenants, service
charges shall be charged to and paid by the owner of the premises who alone shall be
deemed the agent for the entire premises and who shall sign the application for
service. |
