Sec.
18.1-73. Rates not prorated.
When title to premises is conveyed
from one owner to another, the service charges for the billing period in which the
premises is conveyed shall not be prorated by the county and shall become the obligation
of the owner of the property on the first day of the billing period in which service was
rendered. |
