ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL
Sec. 18.1-7. Special projects.
Notwithstanding other provisions of
this chapter, the governing body may establish by ordinance special connection or user
fees or sewer system standards and regulations when such fees or standards and regulations
are necessary to qualify for or administer grants or loans from other governmental
entities. |
