ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL
Sec. 18.1-3. Responsibility of the County Administrator.
The county administrator shall have direct charge, including the
responsibility for operation and maintenance, of the facilities of the county. He shall
prepare such standards and regulations not inconsistent with this chapter as may be
necessary to regulate the design, construction, and operation of the facilities of the
county, other sewer systems which affect or may affect the existing or future facilities
of the county, and of soil absorption systems or other private sewer systems. The
standards and regulations shall be subject to the approval of the governing body and shall
be amended from time to time as conditions warrant.
