Sec. 18.1-27. Removal of safety and warning devices prohibited.
No person shall maliciously,
willfully or negligently break, remove, destroy, move, deface or tamper with any safety
light, barricade, pot torch or other safety device placed for either the public or
workers' protection during the construction, repair or maintenance of any public sewer
facility. |
