Sec. 18.1-26. Construction safeguards.
Any person engaged in construction
of an authorized plumbing connection or sewer facilities shall comply with all provisions
of this chapter and any regulations adopted pursuant to it, and with any other applicable
provisions of law, and shall install adequate safeguards during construction to ensure
compliance at all times with such regulations and laws. |
