(a) No person shall maliciously,
willfully or negligently break, damage, remove, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with
any structure, apparatus or equipment which is part of the facilities of the county.
(b) No person shall damage or
deface any property of the facilities of the county, cut any trees or dump any refuse or
rubbish upon any part of the property used in connection with the facilities of the
county.
(c) In the event of damage to the
facilities of the county, it shall be the responsibility of the person causing such damage
to notify immediately the county administrator. The necessary repairs or replacement shall
be made by the county or under the supervision of the county at the expense of the person
causing such damage.
