Sec. 18.1-22. Sewer systems required.
It shall be unlawful for the owner
of any structure used for human habitation or occupancy, any commercial establishment or
other place where humans congregate or are employed in the county to use, occupy, or to
rent or lease the same for occupancy by any person or to permit the same to be occupied by
any person or for any person to occupy the same, unless and until such structure,
building, or operation shall have been supplied or equipped with an approved method for
the disposal of sewage in compliance with the requirements set out in this chapter and in
State Health Department Regulations. |
