Sec. 17-52.
Possession and use of fireworks and explosives restricted.
No person shall have in his possession, or
set off or otherwise cause to explode or discharge or burn, any firecrackers, torpedo,
rocket, sparklers or other fireworks or explosives, or discharge them or throw them into
any such area from land or highway adjacent thereto, except under permit issued by the
appropriate governing official in accordance with the provisions of section F-2700,
Virginia Fire Prevention Code, as amended and set out in section 11-36(k) of this code. |
