ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL
Sec. 17-4.
Penalties.
(a) Violations. Unless otherwise
provided, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 4
misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished in the manner provided by
general law.
(b) Separate offenses. Each separate
act on the part of the person violating this chapter shall be deemed a separate offense,
and each day a violation is permitted to continue unabated shall be deemed to constitute a
separate offense. |
