ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL
Sec. 15.5-6. Advertising obscene items,
exhibitions or performances— Generally.
No person shall knowingly prepare,
print, publish or circulate, or cause to be prepared, printed, published or circulated,
any notice or advertisement of any obscene item referred to in section 15.5-3, or of any
obscene performance or exhibition referred to in section 15.5-5, stating or indicating
where such obscene items, exhibition or performance may be purchased, obtained, seen or
heard. |
