14.3-14. Records of treatment; giving false name when seeking
massage prohibited.
(a) Every person operating a
massage parlor under a permit as provided in this chapter shall keep a record of the date
and hour of each treatment, the name and address of each patron, and the name of the
technician administering such treatment. Such record shall be open to inspection by the
director, or his designee, and other law enforcement officers of the county.
(b) It shall be unlawful for any
person, while seeking massage, to give a false or fictitious name to a massage parlor
operator or employee. Any person giving a false or fictitious name to a massage parlor
operator or employee while seeking massage shall be guilty of a Class 4 misdemeanor and,
upon conviction thereof, shall be punished in accordance with section 1-10 of this Code.
