Walls and ceilings.
Walls and ceilings of all rooms in
which food is served, prepared or stored in a restaurant shall be kept clean and in good
condition. Such walls and ceilings shall be finished in light color and have a smooth
surface up to the level reached by splash or spray. Such surface shall be washable or
replaceable, either or both. |
