(a) The word "jurisdiction" shall
mean the County of York Virginia.
(b) The term "fire official" or
"code official" shall mean the fire chief of the county or the chief’s duly
authorized representative.
(c) The term "legal counsel of the
jurisdiction" shall mean the attorney appointed by the board of supervisors to
represent the county in legal matters.
