ARTICLE II. FIRE DEPARTMENT
Sec. 11-24.
Parking in fire lanes prohibited.
(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to
park a vehicle in a designated fire lane.
(b) The provisions of sections 15-44, 15-45
and 15-46 of this Code shall apply in the enforcement of this section.
(c) Penalty for violation. Any person
violating the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a
fine of not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00)
