ARTICLE 1. IN GENERAL

Sec. 5-4. Violations of chapter.

Any person, whether as principal, agent, employee or otherwise, violating, causing or permitting the violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
