Sec. 4-58.
Disposition of unsold tags.
As soon
as practicable after December thirty-first of each year, the treasurer shall
prepare a list of all unsold dog license tags of that calendar year and,
upon request, shall present such list to the county administrator or to any
auditors retained by the county to review the county's financial records.
Following the acceptance by the board of supervisors of the county's audit
report, the treasurer may destroy all such unsold license tags.
