The board of supervisors shall act on an application filed pursuant to this division at its next regular meeting after receiving a recommendation from the county administrator, provided the board has received the same at least three (3) days prior to the meeting. If granted, the permit shall be issued in writing, on a form provided for the purpose, and mailed by the county administrator to the applicant at the address indicated. If denied, the denial shall be in writing with the reasons for such denial stated therein, and mailed by the county administrator to the applicant at the address indicated in the application.
