FESTIVALS
DIVISION 1. GENERALLY
Sec. 3-51. Certain
minors to be accompanied by parent or guardian.
No person under the age of fourteen
(14) years shall be admitted to any festival unless accompanied by a parent or guardian,
the parent or guardian to remain with the underage persons at all times.
