Sec. 3-49. Violations
of article.
Any person who violates any
provisions of this article shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. The board of
supervisors may bring suit in the circuit court of the county to restrain, enjoin or
otherwise prevent a violation of this article. |
