DIVISION 2. PERMIT
Sec. 3-33. Issuance.
Upon review of an application for a
public dance hall permit, the county administrator shall issue a permit for the operation
of the public dance hall to the proprietor if he shall have conformed to the requirements
of this article and of all other applicable laws. |
