ARTICLE IV. INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
Sec. 2-48. Name.
The name of the political subdivision of the Commonwealth created hereby shall be the Economic Development Authority of York County, Virginia. (Ord. No. 04-27, 11/16/04)
