ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL
Sec. 2-3.1 Off-duty employment by deputy sheriffs
(a) Deputy sheriffs may engage in
off-duty employment which may require the use of their police powers in
the performance of such employment.
(b) The sheriff shall have the authority
to promulgate reasonable rules and regulations applicable to off-duty
employment of deputy sheriffs.
