2   Approval of Minutes.  Consider approval of the minutes of the following meeting of the York County Board of Supervisors.

3   Public Sewer Extension Agreement—Hunter Estates.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R08-81 to authorize an extension of the County’s sanitary sewer system to a proposed development known as the Hunter Estates subdivision.
