A  York County Youth Commission.  Receive final quarterly report from Chairman Kyle Fiest; Board presentation to the 2007-2008 Commissioners with resolution of commendation; and introduction of the 2008-2009 Youth Commissioners.

2   Approval of Minutes.  Consider approval of the minutes of the following meeting of the York County Board of Supervisors.   (APPROVED)

3   Street Acceptances.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R08-76 to accept certain streets in the International Center, Phase 1, subdivision into the State Secondary System of Highways.  (APPROVED)

4  Commendation of Retiring Employee.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R08-77 to congratulate and commend Thomas H. Ashe, Department of General Services, upon the occasion of his retirement from County service.   (APPROVED)

5   Head Start Transportation Agreement.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R08-78 to authorize the execution of an agreement with the York County School Board for transportation services for the Head Start program.  (APPROVED)
