1   Proposed Fiscal Year 2009 Budget and Tax Rates for 2008.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R08-48 to approve the budget and appropriate funds for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2008, and ending June 30, 2009; and proposed Ordinance No. 08-2(R) to impose tax levies upon tangible personal property, upon machinery and tools, upon mobile homes, and upon real estate for the calendar year 2008.  (APPROVED)
