b.   Unapproved minutes of the February 2, 2008, Adjourned Meeting.
c.   Unapproved minutes of the February 5, 2008, Regular Meeting.

2    Revenue Sharing for 2009.   Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R08-28 to approve and endorse York County’s request for funding under the FY2009 Revenue Sharing Program administered by the Virginia Department of Transportation.  (APPROVED)
