2   Storm Sewer Maintenance Agreement with School Division.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R08-14 to authorize the execution of a storm sewer maintenance agreement with the York County School Division for maintenance of the School Division’s storm sewer systems.  (APPROVED)

a.  Memorandum from County Administrator.
b.  Storm Sewer Maintenance Agreement.

3   Commendation of Retired Employee: Don L. Grice.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R08-18 to commend Don L. Grice, York County Firefighter, on the occasion of his retirement from County service.  (APPROVED)

4   Operational Medical Director for Fire and Life Safety.  Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R08-19 to commend Dr. Cheryl Lawson, MD, for serving as interim Operational Medical Director for York County’s Department of Fire and Life Safety, and proposed Resolution R08-20 to appoint Dr. Amy Burford, MD, as the Department’s new Operational Medical Director.  (APPROVED)
