7   Purchase Authorization. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-161 to approve purchase arrangements for the procurement of design services for the Moore’s Creek drainage improvement project, and for flow monitoring devices.  (APPROVED)

9     Support for the Air Force Cyber Command Location. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-163 to support efforts to locate the Air Force Cyber Command in the City of Hampton.  (APPROVED)

10    Legislation to Prohibit Smoking in Restaurants. Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-164 to amend the County’s 2008 Legislative Program to request that the General Assembly consider authorizing localities to prohibit smoking in restaurants through adoption of local ordinances.  (FAILED)
