1   Application No. UP-733-07, Osprey Property Company, Extension of UP-690-05.   Consider adoption of proposed Resolution R07-137 to approve a two-year extension of the deadline for a previously approved senior housing, independent living facility, and proposed Resolution R07-138 to support the Virginia Housing Development Authority financing for the proposed Heritage Commons senior housing, independent living facility at 236 Commons Way.
