Consider adoption of proposed Ordinance No. 07-21 to amend conditions voluntarily proffered in 2004 through approval of Application No. ZM-84-04 which reclassified approximately 8.69 acres of property located on the west side of Route 17 at 7307 George Washington Memorial Highway and 122 Whites Road, such amendment to remove car and truck rental establishments from the list of prohibited uses, and proposed Resolution R07-139 to approve a use permit authorizing a car and light truck rental establishment on a portion of property located on the west side of Route 17 at 7307 George Washington Memorial Highway and 122 Whites Road.  (APPROVED)
